This log home received new shingles across the whole roof, along with reflashed skylights, new pipe boots and fresh valley and ridge detailing.
The flashing is the part that matters. Valleys, step flashing, pipe penetrations and skylight curbs are where the majority of leaks begin, so that is where the care goes.
