1908 Gambrel House Kitchen
Three rooms opened into one large kitchen, with the balloon-framed walls carried on a steel I-beam.
This bathroom received a complete overhaul. The room was torn down to bare studs and floor joists, and all work for the remodel was self-performed from that point on.
As with the gambrel kitchen, the new vision for the room was inspired by the homeowners and designed using AI software before the work began.
The custom tiled shower is the centrepiece. It runs a WiFi-connected shower controller that can be started remotely or by voice command and holds twelve custom preset settings, and the room is finished with an LED exhaust fan with WiFi and music. The tile work runs from marble-look walls through to a pebble floor and a recessed niche.
