Three rooms opened into one large kitchen, with the balloon-framed walls carried on a steel I-beam.
We frame in dimensional lumber for residential work and in steel stud for commercial partitions and ceilings.
This commercial fit-out was framed out in steel stud beneath open web steel joists, ready for services and finishes.
The same capability is what lets us take on structural remodels: opening a load-bearing wall and carrying it on a beam is framing work, and we do it ourselves.
